Over 3.5 months, we designed and delivered a Power BI reporting suite to support daily and weekly operational decision-making. The reporting combined data from five previously disconnected sources into a single source of truth, ultimately comprising 16 bespoke reports and averaging over 1,000 weekly views by the time we finished. We're proud to continue to work closely with the PROPER Snacks team to further evolve and enhance the suite.

As part of a wider operational improvement programme, we led the digitisation of data capture and reporting at one of Vibrant Foods' spice packaging sites. This involved implementing an automated data capture system, developing a bespoke cloud-hosted reporting suite, and embedding the dashboards into daily operational routines. By the end of the project, shop floor paperwork had been eliminated, downtime capture was fully automated, and daily performance meetings were run entirely through tailored reporting.
